Light Fantastic

On Monday we were treated to a fantastic evening of Light Painting organised and run by our member Robert Snary. Robert brought along and array of light generating equipment including light sticks, a multi-fibre optic “whip” and a laser lamp.

He explained the safety issues with using some of this and also the best settings to get some great images. With everyone setup the room was darkened and Robert “performed” with his equipment enabling club member to get some very interesting images.

He also brought along a high tech pixel-stick which could generate images out of thin air. At least I didn’t see the leopard in the room!

Overall a great evening and one which the member there have asked to be repeated!
Thanks Robert.

Hi, I am Chair and Programme Secretary of Benfleet Camera Club. I have seen many reviews of Robert’s ‘Light’ evening and would like to try to book him for a talk at our club. We have had a last minute cancellation on Monday 25th September and wonder if he would be available. I can’t find any contact details, so I was hoping you may be able to help. Thanks, Nick
